Frequently Asked Questions
Where is the studio located?
7126 Eckhert Rd
San Antonio, TX 78238
How do I register for classes?
You can set up a FREE phone consultation to find the class that is best fit for your goals and schedule. You can book classes over the phone or through the website online. Please note that classes and slots may fill up quick, so don't wait.
How do I make a payment?
Payments are made in person or online. We accept cash, credit/debit (we have a square swipe), or via check (no cash apps). There are additional fees when a payment is late (please review contract).
What happens if I miss a class?
We have a Cancellation Policy that is signed with your paperwork as a new client at the Studio. Please review it carefully before signing.
Is there an age requirement for classes?
Student ages range from 7 and up. There is no such thing as being too old to start! The youngest we accept talent is 7 years old, however there are some exceptions. It also varies depending on reading level, as they will work with many scripts. If your child is younger than 7 and would like to train with us, reach out to us for a consultation/audition.
Who should I go to for Headshots?
We recommend that students refer to their agent about headshots if they are represented. If they are NOT represented, we would suggest a clear snapshot mid-chest up with a camera at home until they find representation. Professional headshots are very expensive and we don't recommend you invest until you have an agent.
A self-tape is a pre-recorded video audition that an actor submits to the casting director and creative team of a project. Check out our "Self Tape" service on our website to see what we offer.
What are Self Tapes?
Talent agents represent actors and work to find professional projects for them. They work as a middle man between talent and casting directors. They submit clients for auditions, pitch their clients for roles, and help negotiate contracts. They do NOT ask for money upfront. Scammers may try to do that. We are NOT an agency, but we do develop talent and provide them resources to find and agency. We also are in contact with agents as we film and submit student audition tapes at the studio.

What is a Master Class?
We offer master classes/workshops once a month in which ALL students have the option to attend. Students learn new concepts, work on scenes together, practice chemistry reads, and make connections. We believe there is value in collaboration and this is a great opportunity for it. Many students find they gain a confidence boost after a master class due to collaborating with others and showcasing their talent to a bigger crowd. Master classes have a capacity limit and is based on who signs up and pays their registration fee first. Classes will always be announced on our website, social media handles, and in the studio. On special occasions, we have guest stars teach our master classes. These guests consist of professional actors, directors, and agents.
